The business, owned and operated by brothers Anthony Cammallere, Freehold Borough, and Sal Cammallere, Freehold Township, is located in a Victorian home on Broadway that the brothers gutted and restored to bring its historic nature and character back to life again.
The business thrives on the fact that it is a “turn-key” company, according to Anthony. “We design it, we build it and take the project from start to finish,” he described. “It’s critical to have our clients feel important and to make sure that the process of their home building or remodeling goes smoothly.”

“We meet with clients, come up with a budget and the work is driven from that budget. We will maintain the budget because we have our own architects and designers here,” he said.
The exquisite Victorian home includes a showroom where multiple kitchen and bathroom vignettes complete with cabinetry and countertops are all on display, along with a collection of lighting fixtures, ceiling moldings and chair railings.
The showroom includes a 55-inch Plasma screen for a virtual viewing of your home or business space and the work that will be done.
And there’s more good news: T&K Contractors has just launched a new handyman division. “We cater to our client base, even if it’s a small job,” Anthony said. “We know our clients have busy schedules and don’t have time to do things like change lighting fixtures or do maintenance on their homes.”
T &K Contractors performs whole house remodeling, custom-built homes, additions, restorations, kitchens, bathrooms and master suites. The team also does historic restoration, interior design and green projects.
Their design building process provides clients with single-source accountability -- working with one company eliminates communications problems. “We are proud to have been one of the first remodelers in the area to offer this type of service,” Anthony said.
