Grab the family and join us for a FREE evening of hula hoop fun in Downtown Freehold!
This all-ages beginner workshop is perfect for kids, parents, grandparents, and anyone looking to try something new. Learn the fundamentals of hula hooping, practice fun tricks and movement, and enjoy freestyle hooping with guidance from certified instructor Angela.
Custom-made hoops will be provided, making it easy for everyone to learn—especially adults. Just wear comfortable clothing, bring a bottle of water, and come ready to move!
No registration or experience is required. Simply stop by and join the fun.
